Q: I have red pimple like bumps on my upper leg lower arm and lower back.

This is the first time I have ever had anything like this, I am 24 been married for 4 years.

Have they spread or changed colors, and also have you been having body aches?

Yes, they are now going up my stomach and on my lower arms, I do not ache but they hurt so bad it is hard to wear jeans. They do not change color, just when they appear they are exactly like a pimple before you pop it, then the white in the middle goes away and they eventually disapear. The ones on my legs are now going away.
