im 11 years old and i have had a itchy rash on my arms and legs for about a month or more and sometimes i get red under my eye but it doesnt itch when i was at my aunts house i had a red ring all the way around both of my eyes and i have eczema so i have a lot of dry skin and i want it to be cured im tired of itching so can somebody help??

Hello
What do your parents say about your eczema? You really should be seen by a doctor who can help treat you. I have seen these symptoms before in my son and he has food allergies to a number of foods including wheat and gluten and dairy. I would ask your parents to take you to the doctor and possibly an allergist to get to the bottom of these symptoms. Please know that I am not a doctor and nobody on the Internet would be able to diagnose you.

I am going to give you a link to a list of free clinics. I really wish you could see a doctor for your skin condition.
Does anything seem to help? Cortisone cream?
