Translucent, blister-like lesions on the face - how to treat? Is it Candida?

I have had these translucent, blister-like lesions on my face for several months now. They are very flat, approx. 1/16 of an inch in diameter, and some take a long time to dry up even though they are very small. They are all over my forehead and cheeks. The initial outbreak was...
