Rash, Red bumps, What is going on?!?!?!?

I randomly had a bumch of red bumps show up under my arm pit area and they kept spreading and becoming more and more red. I stopped using deoderant thinking maybe this was the problem, but then they started to appear on my inner elbow area in groups of 10-20 bumps. Now I am finding a ump here, a bump there all over! Between my legs, on the inner thigh, even up my neck. They dont really itch but it is getting scarey and I have no idea what to do. I am 26 and not allergic to anything. HELP!
