I have ongoing problems with breakouts on my neck and along the hairline. They are red and fill with puss. I have tried treating them with hydrocortisone cream, antibiotic ointment. I also treat them with alcohol to try to dry them up. I can't seem to get to the bottom of what causes them or how to clear them up. Can you tell me what ERTACZO is and would that be something I could use safely?
