I was diagnosed yesterday with Rosacea and wonder if there is a connection between Avon Anew?

I was diagnosed yesterday with Rosacea and began treatment. I noticed the redness first started appearing after I began using Avon Anew Products. Is there any connection to this? Also, I recently had a staph aureau infection in my nose and am being treated for this. I also just had eye cataract surgery with the last one a week ago and wonder if the drops could be causing this. Besides the fact that the Rosacea is bad, I am trying to recuperate from the eyes and nose. Please tell me if there has ever been a connection between the Avon Anew Products. Thank you so much
