Q: itchy rash on tattoo.

the tattoo has been done for many years and is all black, it started with the botoom of the botom letter becoming lumpy and itchy of course you need to scratch it, it has now spread up to the bottom of the next letter. the first one now looks very scabby but can't tell if it is red or not as the tattoo lettering is black
