I have the same thing too, even when I take a hot shower they seem to inflame all on my back. I got a really bad sunburn and the bumps formed after I peeled and now I'm stuck with them. I really think its some form of bacterial infection that needs to be treated with antibiotic. I can be outside with a t-shirt on with the sun on my back and they start to itch right away. I say see a Derm and they can help--good luck
