Q: I'm at the beach and I have bad sun burn on my cheeks Is this sun burn or sun poisoning?

I'm at the beach with my family, today it was windy and sunny. I applied sun screen (spf. 50) then later reapplied spf.30, my father told me it was sun poisoning, but I'm not sure.

Sun poisoning is sun burn with more severe symptoms.
