I am not taking any medication for Sarcoidosis but a dermatologist has injected the sores with cortico-steroids.  I believe the underlying sores are healed but the skin is still discolored.  I am looking for something to speed up the restoration of my natural skin color and lighten the dark bruises.

Vitamin E topically is tricky cause it can cause topical allergies after some use.   I'd try some vitamin K in a supplement and also try increasing my vitamin C intake and look into arnica pellets and bromelain cream.
