a place came up on my eye that im sure i didn't pick it into existance. my dermatologist says i have picked these places into existance. i have one on the back of my neck that is huge and i didn't pick it into existance. the other places that i have are called lichenification... they say i picked them into existance. these new places are definitely not places that i have picked before.

Hi there
I am not sure I understand. You are saying that your dermatologist is saying that you are picking your skin and causing bumps?
Here is a photo of what lichenification looks like. is this what you have? Do you have another skin condition which makes you rub or itch your skin?
I hope you get some good advice and treatment when you see your doctor next. Let us know what happens.

I had other conditions. eons ago i had picked up bugs in my hair camping. they buried into my scalp. the drug store stuff didn't help evenly. recently i had been allergic to arhythromycin. i had intolerable itching. all the sources of itching are gone except that i picked a hole into my scalp. there is probably i pin sized hole in my blood vessels.
