i have a bump on my eyelid and on the back of my neck. i have to have an emergency appointment

a place came up on my eye that im sure i didn't pick it into existance. my dermatologist says i have picked these places into existance. i have one on the back of my neck that is huge and i didn't pick it into existance. the other places that i have are called lichenification... they say i picked…
