Why are the tops of my hand breaking out in a rash?

My hands fo the past few years have been breaking out in a rash. This had never happened untill after I had a severe case of pioson ivy 4 years ago. When ever I cut our grass my hands break out a few hours after.
But a few months ago I got severy sunburbned on my hands and arms and broke out with the same rash. I'ts usually not bothersome, but when I get hot, the rash seems to itch and get worse. Did the overexposure to the sun over the past few years cause this or was it the pioson ivy?

Thanks for your question. It would be tough to tell what this is exactly - maybe a dermatologist could be of some helpt to you.
