I've had allergic reactions before, but since I moved to California, the itching has become far more frequent and obnoxious. I've only been here for two months but I've been awake with body itch 4-5 nights now. The itching generally starts in hands, feet or legs and spread out to the rest of my limbs and sometimes torso. My face itches from time to time separately from the body and I just assumed it was due to dryness, but tonight, I'm awake because my face itched so much that I woke up and can't get back to sleep and moisturizing hasnt helped. What sorts of things can I do to resolve this? Should I see a doctor? Dermatologist?
