Hi there. I see you said they are everywhere, however are they in the webbing of your fingers? Did your doctor scrape it and look at it under a microscope? Research scabies online. My entire family had it about a year ago and it was misterable. We too are now having ant bite/mosquito mite problems again with my youngest and can't get rid of them. Good luck
