they started appearing about a week ago, and the blisters are not like bubbles though more like little spotts of open skin. ive already had the chicken poxs and the blisters arnt painful unless they are being rubbed somewhat hard on by my clothes.

Do they itch at all? Have you any other symptoms? Are you sure that the blister on the roof of your mouth is the same thing as what you are seeing on your body?
With rashes...it truly could be anything. It could be some sort of allergic reaction or it could be related to some sort of illness.
Your best bet is to see your doctor who can look at your rash firsthand. There are simply too many possibilities and also...your doctor will be able to treat you.
Please let us know what your doctor says.
