Q: hello my 4 year old daughter has dark spots on her lower leg and on the upper chest they are actually spots mostly everywhere on her body. but they are mostly on her lower legs and top of her feet. i

Was your daughter out in the sun? It really would be impossible for anyone here to know what is causing these spots. She really needs to be seen by a doctor or a dermatologist.
