Unless it's going to tan your skin with a spray paint of some kind, then yes, it can cause cancer. Any kind of ray that burns into your skin can and eventually will cause cancer in almost all of us. I was one of those people that just did not get a sunburn. I used to laugh at all the whimps that had to use all the creams and lotions to keep from getting burned. I could go out from dawn till dfusk and never turn red, just get browner and browner. Now I go to the Dermotologists once a month and get the skin cancers frozen, cut and scraped off. I've made it a point to learn as much about them as I can. Don't go out without a hat, long sleves, sunscreen and stay away from the tanning booths!!! Those booths are the most dangerous things on the planet I think. Even the new ones from Europe.
