where can I get hydroquinone at?

Another thing I am an African American female, I would like to know why when I breakout it causes a scar or black mark on my face? What should I use or do to get rid of the marks and make my skin tone my natural skin color. Please help me cause I hate the way it makes me look. Thanks S.RICHARD
