Hi, I am an Insulin dependent diabetic and have recently found a rash that looks like burst blood vessels under the skin, mainly below my knees, it doesn't itch, sting etc.. but is getting worse and spreading. Seems to clam down when sleeping and flare up during the day (spots get darker) any help??
Quite worried it could be diabetes related.
