You may have hirsuitism, a condition that some females have with excessive hair growth or you could also have some hormonal imbalances or even a physical condition that has this as a side effect. I would see both a dermatologist and gynecologist/internist to have a workup done for this - it can be a treatable physical condition.
At minimum laser hair removal can help to permanently remove the facial hair IF there is no ongoing condition causing it. the acne is also probably tied to the hormonal issue - if you end up being negative for any serious health issues then you may be a candidate for birth control/antibiotic/local therapies for the acne.
i only have a little mutton chop when the stylist cuts there. now it goes behind my ears. este lauder cleared up my skin. and pore minimizer. im so happy about that. but the eye gel gave me a stye. I put rubber band pony tails around on the side until the choppy hair grew long enough to go behind my ears.
