You may have hirsuitism, a condition that some females have with excessive hair growth or you could also have some hormonal imbalances or even a physical condition that has this as a side effect.  I would see both a dermatologist and gynecologist/internist to have a workup done for this - it can be a treatable physical condition. At minimum laser hair removal can help to permanently remove the facial hair IF there is no ongoing condition causing it.  the acne is also probably tied to the hormonal issue - if you end up being negative for any serious health issues then you may be a candidate for birth control/antibiotic/local therapies for the acne.
