Reply to an Answer

In response to:
No one know what causes skin tags exactly and anyone can get them.  they are innocuous and some people will want to have them removed by a dermatologist for cosmetic/appearance reasons.  I know my granfather had some and my grandmother tied little pieces of thread around their base to cut off the circulation and inevitably they would fall off - I don't consider that a safe way of removing them. They are not dangerous.
