If you have patches of hair coming out it could be a condition which you can read about called alopecia.  You would need to consult with a doctor if that is what's going on.  Otherwise I would make sure i am eating a balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats like those found in nuts, fish, avocadoes and olive oil and non-fat dairy products.  You can take a multi-vitamin and fish oil capusles for addtional health support.
