Q: Carrier Oils

I was reading that skin cells need to be supplied with zinc and copper.  I am making my own  face creams and would like to know which carrier oils would contain zinc and copper

Thanks

Your problem will lie in trying to get the active ingredients to penetrate the topical layers of the skin and get to deeper layers and some of the biggest companies still strugle with nano-technology though they make incredible calims in terms of their products.  so just putting these ingredients on the outer layer of the skin may not yeild very significant results.  making sure you eat a balanced diet and drink adequate water is a first step in keeping skin healthy. Including healthy fats like omega 3s as well as adequate protein and fruits/vegetables will provide nutirents internally that ultimately nourish your skin.
