Hi Jessica

It would be impossible for us to tell you what is causing these symptoms over the internet.  You really need to be seen by a doctor.

Have you been out in the sun?  Are there any other areas of your body to react in this way?

Sun poisoning or a severe sunburn can definitely cause inflammation and swelling.  But there may be other causes if your feet were not overly exposed to the sun.

Here is an article about sun poisoning and related symptoms that you may want to read.

If your feet are this painful I would definitely consult with a doctor about how to treat this.  I am sorry you are going through this.

Thank you for your question.
