I have a brown sort of sploch on my face. It is around my mouth almost like a mustach and then on my chin. It seems to lighten up in the winter but in the summer it is much darker. Any suggestions, I am really serious about getting it gone!

I had this before. My doctor said that it was a reaction from my birthcontrol pills and the sun. It did go away. I made sure I wore sunscreen after that.
