there are too many red bumps with a black dot in center all over my body, even in my mouth! its just started with a one on my chick, first it wasnt anything but a red bump , so i started to iching it and suddenly it explode and a non color water just came out of it, and from that spot a dot just appeared, something like a bite sign or.. ! anyway the secend one just  appeared few hours later just above it..and one by one they appeared all over my skin! from yesterday till now!! and its getting worse! i tried antibiotic (erythromycin) but its not helping.. and now i just realized that they are even growin into my mouth!! and i dont have fever! i dont think so i have!! but i have pain while im swallowin somethin, some kind of a sore throat, plz someone help me !!is it a virus ? or bacteria..i dont think its kind of a chicken pox..is it ? what medicine shall i use..plz help , thanks.
