when my sister was little she took some hormone for her asthma and since then shes always been moody and my mom thinks its from the hormone, I was wondering if ortho tri-cyclen lo would have the same affect on my girlfriend ? or if it will give her mood swings or make her more irritable be cause she seem to get mad at me alot lately

But since you are here...
I think this is a really difficult question to answer. Every woman will react differently to the pill. But just because she is mad at you doesn't mean it is due to the pill. It could just be...that she is mad at you.

It probably would not be wise to tell your girfriend that she is moody becase of her hormones...I am guessing that won't go over very well.
