I have itchy arms with bumps/pimples on arms when I itch bumps they break open and run then look like pimples. Have same on nape of neck near hair line. Went to the dermotologist he gave me a rx for fluocinonide .05% which is greasy and only helps for a short time period. Help.
WHAT DO YOU THINK I HAVE AND WHAT RELIEF AM LOOKING FOR RELIEF. HELP
