i have blisters inbetween my legs, around my grion,

i have blisters between my legs, around my groin,  i have been to the doctors and they have just given me cream wich doesnt work,  these blisters have scard in between my legs , but they keep recurring, and nothink can be done,  blisters that come out, they are big and when they pop,…
