help my skin won't tan in the lightened spots either

Q: I have lightened skin and have heard black pepper will help is this true?

Why are you tanning is the more important question here? If you want a "tan look", there are plenty safe "out of the bottle' creams, lotions and potions and those options might help to darken those lightened areas.
