i have a speckled rash on my hands, what can i do for it?

i woke up one morning a couple of weeks ago with a rash on my hands. one is worse than the other. the rash is brownish red and is speckled on my hands. it doesnt itch, hurt, or bother me in any way except for its there and it shouldnt be.. what can i do for it?
