Hi.  I don't have an answer for you, but am experience the exact same thing.  We went to the beach on vacation this week and I got pretty badly sunburned on my legs.  From my knee to my toes on both legs, they are extremely swollen.  I also have what appear to be red streaks or "patches" on my shins.  Did yours ever get better or did you see a doctor?
