Q: i have a permanent mustache, its a brown spot all across my upper lip. im confused as to how to at least diminish it. i have read all the posts. please help

Is it facial hair or are you talking about hyperpigmentation (darkening) of your skin?

Have you seen a doctor or dermatologist? Could the brown spot be melasma? Are you taking any medications including birth control pills which can sometimes trigger hyperpigmentation for some women?
Have you tried any bleaching creams?
I would strongly suggest that you get your skin checked by a dermatologist so he or she can tell you the best way to get rid of the hyperpigmentation.
