I have small white heads on the backs of my arms. I've had them for all my adult life, what is it?

i saw this program one time and i have experienced b4 on my face..some are hard and some can be scatch off but there lil right.... on the program the dr said the were lil tiny cyst that can be removed..

It's a condition known as keratosis pilaris. I have it on my arms too. My daughter and son have it also. It can be heredity....I don't like it but there's not much you can do. It's been there my whole life.
