lotion for fragile skin?

I am on prednisone for Ra and lupus and my skin is so fragile that I bleed if I touch it.any advice on lotions wouldbe grateful

I'd try Cetaphil - a gentle non soap cleanser - I swear by it -my son has eczema and has used it and they make a gentle moisturizer as well. I'd clear it with a doctor though because he or she may have a particular solution.
