Q: 3 partial tongue numbness/partial lower lip numbness, separated by weeks each time.

60 yrs. old female. I get the numbness, then feeling returns. What is happening?

I am not a doctor so I could not even begin to know what might be causing this. It does sound like it might be neurological in nature.
