Could this rash be due to my antibiotics?
Rash on eye lids, chest, and legs. Could this be due to my antibiotics? Appearance is raised tiny bumps, more flesh colored & itches some. It started on my chest but has spread up my neck, onto my eyellids, and on the back of my thighs. My doctor said it's an allergic reaction to antibiotics which I'm taking for a bacterial infection (specifically BV). The symptoms of BV seem to be alleviating, but rash is persistant. Should this go away once I'm off antibiotics? They recommended taking Zyrtec or Claritan once a day, but I haven't noticed allergy medicine helping. Any advice will be appreciated!
