Itchy rash on legs and arms

For 3 months,I have had a reacurring rash on my legs and arms. The doctor seems to think this is an allergy. I am 55 years old, never had allergies. When this started 3 months ago, I was planting a small garden. I don't know if this has anything to do with it. I went through 2 rounds of prednizone…
