I have the same thing it sounds like. I am 28. Started as itchy flesh clored bumps on my arms, treat it with steroids and it went away. However it came back after I stopped and thi stime on my legs too! I have been on 3 rounds of steroids now an dam going to the dermatologist in 2 days. I have no idea what is causing this - I have no allergies that I know of.
