Hi there...I have the exact same thing that all of you are describing and I am 26.  It started a couple years ago and usually leads to me going on a dose of prednisone which only temporarily relieves the problem.  I have noticed it seems to happen every time I go on vacation but some of them have been in the heat and some in the cold, so I don't see any coralation there.  Did any of you ever find a solution?  Did the biopsy show anything?  Or the second trip to the dermatologist?  Unfortunately my doctors have been no help and this rash continues to flare up every couple of months on just my arms and legs.
