In response to:

i have the same problem- rash on my arms and legs. i also have a weird gash like cut on my left leg, but upon closer inspection, it is actually not a cut, but a raised line that is very itchy and red. the rash on my legs look more like hives and the rash on my arms are more like little bumps. i went to urgent care and ER and they said that it is just an allergic reaction- but i've never had anything like this happen to me before.
