I'm 27 and this rash started at the end of spring on my upper innner thighs.  It lasted for weeks before I made my self stop scratching it and used every cream I could find.  Now I get it on my upper inner and back of arms.  A small cluster of bumps (usually starts of a one single bump that itches like crazy) that only worsen befor ethey get better.  The ting is they come bother me for awhile and then dry out.  I never was allergic to anything.  It's worse at night right before bed for some reason.  I tought it was bed bugs but my mattress is new and I have a cover to protect from them.  Someone please figure this out.  It's driving me crazy. I live in CT and I'm African American.
