Mine also started in the upper inner thighs, and is on my inner arms and a little on the lower part of my stomach. The bumps don't come up until after I scratch and go away after a while. Then I'll get an itch a few hours later and it starts again. Everyone keeps telling me to stop scratching it but I can't help it, it drives me insane.
