If it is spreading it is most likely SCABIES! Sorry i have had the same thing for 3 years off and on my son keeps getting it back from other kids at school the trick to curring it is getting everyone you have been in contact with in the last 8 weeks or so to get the cream from their docs and do all the bedding sheets towel clothes washed in hot water and vacuming everything ie: furniture and cars. i found that bathing in hot water with borax peroxide whitch hazel peppermint oil tea tree oil orange oil and eucaliptus and neem oil help the itching i do this everynight before bed so i can sleep plus i take 100mg atterax and 2mg ativan to help....like i said after 3 years i'll do anything to make the itching stop. good luck
