In response to:

I used Neutrogena too and it appeared. I had a carpet burn on my knee from wrestling with my nephews and the rash seemed to take it over. I was in a public pool all day Saturday and the rash around the carpet burn went away however my upper arms and upper legs are covered. I used the sunscreen on my face and I do not have a rash there. This is very strange!!!
