OMG........I have never had any kind of allergies in my life..... but the same thing has been happening to me for the last 2 1/2 months I also have done the steroid treatment which helps with the itching... but the rash keeps coming back...and it is so much worse at night and when it is hot...the strange thing is that it does not always come back in the same spots and not all areas have the rash at the same time...the itching is maddening....it makes it impossible to relax or sleep...I have tried benadryl cream cortisone cream and any other cream for itching that is on the market,,,but none of it really helps..the one thing that gives me a little relief is taking cool showers...as cool as you can tolerate it....it fades the rash and allows for a couple of hours not itching... I end up taking 3 or 4 showers in the middle of the night sometimes...I feel your pain and frustration...so far the doctors don't know what it is...
