Reply to an Answer

In response to:
I have only had this problem since September 2011.  Went to South America where I bought some Prednisone for my asthma (in Australia we have Prednisolone which I have been taking for years).  I did not have occasion to use the Prednisone until I returned to Australia (September in fact) and have had the under skin rash and itch since.  Find the only thing that helps me is a hot shower (the hottest I can stand) and if I wake during the night I sponge my arms in hottest water also which allows me to at least get a few hours sleep.
