yes, well Northern VA.  My son did not have this when we lived deep in the south.  Bus as soon as we moved to NoVa, he is covered with this stuff.  Second dose of prednisone and more is visible now that the dose is almost gone.   I don't know if its bed bugs or what, but none of other family have it.  We do not use splenda, almost wish we did just so we can try it to see if that's what it is.   I HATE this for his as he is in his teen and kids can be cruel.  Dr. have no clue keep telling allergic reaction but no one can tell me to what or why now and never before where nothing change except the city we live in.  So we must ne allergic to NoVA, Great.  Oatmeal baths help but only for that day.  I used creams, pills, and I'm just lost.  I can't belive doctors do not or can not find out what it is.
